On Saturday night Vince and I played at a coffeehouse at Burns Presbyterian Church in the wee hamlet of Ashburn, Ontario. Proceeds from the concert went to support Burns' "Barrier Free Project" - making the building accessible to all.

Everyone gathered underneath an indoor night sky lit with fairylights and cut-out stars to enjoy coffee, tea and treats generously prepared by volunteers. 

Joining us on the bill was singer/songwriter and member of The Lost Pilgrims band, David Linderman, who shared his stories, songs and soulful voice with the sold-out crowd.

We had a great night. Thank you to everyone for their warm welcome and hospitality. 

As we were loading up the car afterwards, we were greeted by the evening song of frogs somewhere nearby.   I love the country!!

Our next show is June 8 at the Dundas West Fest in Toronto.
